Gear Tips: Alberta Whitetail Hunts in Cold Weather
April 11, 2017Spring Prep for the 2017 Season is Underway
May 10, 2017As we prepare for another great season of remote hunting adventures in British Columbia, we look forward to seeing old friends and new faces alike. Our 2017 hunts are totally booked, but we still have openings left in 2018.
Whether you’re dreaming of that iconic mountain goat hunt, hunting giant bull moose or mountain caribou in the rut, a chance at an interior grizzly, or even that elusive stone sheep to complete your slam, we are fortunate to hunt an area so remote and so biologically diverse that it’s possible to hunt Boone and Crockett class trophies of all five species from a single camp.
With the exception of one caribou hunter who was ill, our hunters last season were 100% successful and 60% of our moose exceeded record book minimums.
If you are working on planning a 2018 hunt, we encourage you to start finalizing plans. This process is much easier when we are in the office and can more easily spend time on the phone answering your questions and helping you plan the ultimate adventure!
As our hunting season begins in just a few months, we will still be reachable, but contact is naturally more limited when we’re at our remote base camp in B.C. Much of our 2018 season will fill up by the holidays and at annual hunting shows, which follow quickly thereafter.
If you’ve got your heart set on a specific hunt for next year, it’s not too soon to begin planning. Planning ahead gives us more time to help you with logistics and provides you with a comfortable timeline to prepare for the adventure.
Give us a call now at 780-675-1942 or send us a message. We look forward to helping you plan your British Columbia wilderness adventure!
