Dear Members,

Our industry needs an open border. We do not want to see another extension after the current closure expires on July 21, 2021.

APOS is asking all members to take 5 minutes of their time to add more voices to the demand for a re-opening plan for the US/Canada border:

• If you have not already done so, write your federal Member of Parliament (MP) using the template letter available from the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) by clicking here HERE. Please share this campaign with your friends, family, and social networks. If you would like to write your own letter to your MP, you can find contact information for your local MP HERE.

• Use the hashtag #OpenTheBorder on your social media accounts.

• Tell your clients and friends south of the border to push their Senate for mobility on the Canadian border. Ask them to share and complete the template letter available HERE. They can find their local Senator’s contact information HERE.
