April 6, 2018Most everyone who goes on hunting trip is relatively healthy physically and enjoys the outdoors. If you are someone who loves the outdoors but doesn’t get regular exercise due to your work schedule, we recommend you take necessary steps to get somewhat fit. You do not need a exercise plan that consists of running a marathon but you need a plan. This is true for any outdoor activity. If you know you don’t have the time here are a few ideas, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park a bit farther, start eating things that make you fuller instead of empty calories, walking after work or on free time.These small things will help. Every action taken no matter how small ,will be better than nothing at all. Remember you should have fun doing what ever exercise you choose to do.
